Introducing Dakota Ann Powell

Since I was a little girl, I have loved meeting new people and helping others. As I grew up, I also learned that I have a skill for talking to people and handling situations, or like some would say "controlling the problem." I have also learned that due to growing up in a world with technology that is developing every minute of every day, I can use social media to promote products, people, agencies, and departments.

As a dual major student pursuing studies in Public Relations and Criminal Justice at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, I aspire to specialize in crafting communication strategies that foster stronger connections with target audiences and drive organizational growth. My ultimate goal is to channel my expertise towards a career path aligned with Law Enforcement or Government Affairs, where I can make a meaningful impact on societal issues.
